Role: Deputy Manager
37.5 hours per week; £28-32k depending on experience
This role will be primarily office based in St Leonards and occasionally in the community.

We are a local registered charity providing forward-thinking, high quality day services to people with learning & physical disabilities and Autism.
Our DBS service provides 2:1 and 1:1 support for people with complex needs. We are a large team of over 80 staff.
The role
The Deputy Manager will work with the Service Manager to oversee the team and service to provide outstanding outcomes to the people we support.
You will be:
· A skilled people leader with proven success leading teams in care
· Committed to providing excellent support and care, enthusiastic to learn new things which improve outcomes
· Energetic and able to keep up with the demands of our busy service
· Self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative
· Experienced in providing care to people with complex needs and able to role model your expertise/lean in as required
· Flexible in your approach to work
· Collaborative & supportive to lead our passionate team
