During a normal week at the Co-operative members
are encouraged to take part in a physical activity. The activity
that takes place is decided at the weekly planning meeting attended
by all members and as agreed by the majority. These activities could
be any of the following: -
Sport
- Indoor Hockey.
- Football.
- Badminton.
- Table Tennis.
- Swimming.
- Ten Pin Bowling.
- Walking.
- Gym.
- Participation in Tournaments.
- Pool.
- Crazy Golf.
- Netball.

Car Maintenance, Computers, Internet, Story Writing, Language and
Literacy, Mathematics, Self Advocacy, Video Making, Photography,
Woodwork, Arts and Crafts, Candle Making, Pottery, Silk Screen Printing,
Cooking, Budgeting, Life Skills, Shopping, Ironing, Horticulture,
Drawing, Painting, Cross Stitch, Furniture Making, Embroidery, Banner
Making, Decoupage, Colouring, Tracing, Social Awareness, Personal
Relationships, Opportunities to Access Other Services, Presentations,
Work Experience, Kite Flying, Modelling, Cleaning, Holidays, Pub
Visits.
Every member of the Co-operative has an opportunity
to organise their own reviews where they present their achievements
and their goals for the following six months. They will use these
goals to plan their week at the weekly planning meetings.
While there is not a specific timetable, everyone
who attends the Co-operative will be expected to clean and shop
every other week and also to be part of a team that cooks and washes
up once a week.
