Introducing Hannah Boogie as you've never seen her before. Every Tuesday and Thursday afternoon from 1:30pm. Join the fun via Zoom. receive the link by emailing;

Dancing is a great ‘pick me up’ so as well as joining us for Hannah Boogie, why not check out Oti Mabuse’s weekday dance classes from 11:30am, we couldn’t resist having a go ourselves and they are great fun.

Great way to start the day….
We’re all joining in with Joe Wicks PE sessions, 9am every weekday morning. Why not give it a go?
You can still go out once a day for a walk. This is good for your mind and your body, so why not go for a stroll?
Just remember to keep your distance from others.
