The Trustees of Parchment Trust and The Bridge Community Enterprise are delighted to announce the transfer of ownership of the Bridge Community Centre to Parchment Trust. This process has taken some five and a half years but is now at last complete.
We now begin the long task of restoring the building to a condition in which it can be used safely. It is not yet possible to put a firm timescale on this essential work. However, we will be keeping everyone informed of progress. Thank you all for your patience – the transfer has taken far longer than anyone thought possible.
We would also like to thank and pay tribute to former Trustees of the Bridge for all their hard work and service to the people of north east Hastings since 2006.
