The Parchment Trust is a Christian, charitable
organisation, founded in 1993 to serve people with disability
within the Hastings and Rother area. The Trust provides services
that respond to local and individual needs, implementing packages
of care and support and looking at very specific needs in
day care, leisure and occupation. Currently, the Trust runs
a number of schemes:
The Parchment Trust seeks to uphold Christian
principles in every area of the organisation. In practice
this means that the Trustees and Directors aim to act with
honesty, integrity and openness at all times. The Trustees
and the Directors are all committed Christians who are motivated
by a desire to serve the organisation. The organisation does
not exclusively employ Christians, nor does it seek to. Those
employees who are not Christians are not discriminated against
in any way. We do however ask all employees to be prepared
to work within the Christian principles of the organisation.

its aims.
