Offers horticultural experiences and greater independence to adults with a wide spectrum of autism and learning disabilities. Aims to provide a realistic workplace environment through training and purposeful occupation. 

Provides an environment for members to access new areas of occupation, development and leisure. Aims for members to become less dependent and more autonomous, maximising their independence.

Opens up the world of work through job coaching, networking and other logistical support.  Matches service users and employers, providing on-the-job training as needed. Accessed by service users from all other services.
